Frequently asked questions
It takes the customer work your team runs out of hours for. It answers an incoming enquiry, checks stock and lead times in the sheet or store you keep them in, prices the quote from your own agreements, sends it, chases when nobody replies, and keeps the thread moving until the order is placed and delivered.
No. A chatbot waits on your website for someone to type into it. Cadr works in the places the business already runs: your inbox, your store, your spreadsheets. It starts conversations as well as answering them, and it finishes the task rather than handing over a transcript.
Yes, and that is the point. It gets its own email address and its own logins, so its work lands in the same threads and records your team already reads. Gmail, Slack, Drive and Sheets, your WooCommerce store, your books in TallyPrime. No rebuild and no consultants.
Cadr Bridge is a small program that runs on the machine that system sits on, TallyPrime for example, and reads only what Cadr asks for. Nothing about that system is exposed to the internet, and nothing in it is changed.
No. Every number comes from your price books, agreements and live system data, never from the model. When a request falls outside what it has been given, it stops and asks a person instead of guessing.
Every action is checked against your rules before it happens. Anything risky, such as money, a new customer or anything close to a rule, is held for your one-click yes, and you can set any tool to always ask. Permissions set which systems each agent may touch, and rules you write in plain English set what it must never do.
Every job is kept step by step: what set it off, each thing it did, what came back, and every message it wrote. You read it back in plain words. If something was off, say so in one sentence and Cadr turns it into a standing rule, so the next job is right. You can stop a job while it runs, and anything that matters waits for your approval before it happens.
For most tools, connecting is a sign-in on that tool's own screen. From there you give it the rules it works under and watch it draft.
