A credit is the model work behind a task, and you only spend them while Cadr is working. They are charged when a piece of work finishes: a chat turn, an automation run, a dashboard refresh. A quick lookup costs a handful; a long job that reads a lot and drafts a lot costs more.

Every person on the workspace has their own monthly allowance, and so does every agent. A Basic seat includes 2,000 credits, a Pro seat 10,000, and a dedicated agent 40,000. They reset at the start of each billing period.

The monthly allowance does not; it resets each period. Credit packs you buy on top never expire, and they sit in a pool the whole workspace can draw on once someone has used their own allowance.

Nothing is charged that you did not ask for. Cadr warns you at twenty percent and again at zero. Only the person or agent that ran out pauses, and the rest of the workspace carries on. A credit pack or the next period starts it again, and you can switch on auto top-up if you would rather it never stops.

Reading and looking things up, yes, and routine replies that pass your rules. Anything risky waits for you: money, a new customer, a public post, anything close to a rule you wrote. If you would rather see everything first, set a tool to always ask and it will.

The workspace runs to the end of the period you have paid for. After that the agents pause rather than anything being deleted, and they pick up where they left off if you come back.

An agent only reaches the systems you connect, and only within the permissions you set for it, tool by tool. Your logins for connected tools are encrypted at rest, each workspace keeps its own separate memory, and a connection you remove is removed for real.
